Summary Primary responsibility is the production of quality parts while maintaining rate. Reads work instructions and follow oral instructions. 1st and 2nd Shift available. Hourly Rate starts at $20.00

Key Responsibilities:

Load / Unload metal Hitches to a conveyor line to be painted.

Read / Follow

Process and Work Instructions. Performs jobs within operation of assigned work area. Uses Help Chain for equipment problems and scrap/quality issues Follows

requirements per standards. Maintains 5S standards as they relate to housekeeping in the assigned work area. Reports any and all safety issues immediately to supervisor / team leader / management staff. Maintains compliance to Company policies, work rules, safety standards and housekeeping policies.

Working Requirements:

Previous experience preferred, but not required. Complete and Pass Ventra

Trainings. Able to perform in a high-paced environment. Working Conditions Ability to work in cold and hot environments Upper body mobility is required along with the physical requirements of lifting, carrying and pushing/pulling . Must be able to stand 90% of the time. Able to lift / carry / move using one or two hands from 1 lb. to 25lbs. Overtime as required. Must wear required PPE at all time.
