What You'll Do:

Help run day-to-day production operations Support production goals, quality standards, and deadlines Train, coach, and support team members on the production floor Help maintain a safe and organized work environment Assist with inventory organization and workflow coordination Complete production documentation and reporting Jump in to solve problems and keep production moving

What We're Looking For:

Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience Leadership, trainer, or team lead experience preferred Someone reliable who shows up ready to work A positive attitude and strong work ethic A strong communicator who works well with others Someone who takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving

What You Need:

High School Diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing or production experience preferred Leadership or team lead experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer or Microsoft Office skills preferred Ability to stand, move, and lift throughout the shift
