Job Description
Closet Design is seeking to hire a full-time production team member. Tasks may include the assembly of custom kitchen cabinets, building drawer boxes, fabricating doors, working on a table saw, loading trailers, and operating woodworking machinery. We are a small family-owned business with around 45 employees, and we treat everyone like family. Experience in manufacturing, woodworking, or machine operation is preferred. Applicants must be able to lift cabinets and raw materials to meet the physical demands of the job. We have a fast-paced work environment which allows opportunities to rotate positions within our shop so that a vast range of skills can be learned. Compensation to be determined at the time of interview and is based on experience, personality, and skillset. Applicants must have excellent attendance history and be task motivated. Please inquire, we are ready to hire today! Hours at 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, with the opportunity for overtime.
