Coffee Production Team (Full-Time)

Build something real. Learn coffee the right way. We're hiring a full-time team member to join our production side at Good Brothers Coffee in Holland, MI—with hands on with production roasting. This isn't just a packaging job. It's an entry point into specialty coffee—from green bean buying to roasting coffee from bagging to dialing in profiles etc. You don't need roasting experience. But you do need to care—about quality, consistency, and doing things the right way.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Packaging and labeling coffee
• Assisting with roasting
• Wholesale and online order fulfillment
• Communicating with customers
• Learning sample roasting
• Transitioning into production roasting (after training)
• General shop upkeep (cleaning, dishes, trash, etc.

)

What We're Looking For:

• Someone who cares—about quality, details, and doing things right
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Consistency and reliability (this matters a lot here)
• Interest in coffee is strongly preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 30 lbs overhead and up to 150 lbs with assistance
• Stand and move for up to 10 hours per day
• Reliable transportation

Compensation & Schedule:

• $20/hour
• 5 days PTO after 6 months.
• 35-40 hours/week
• 4 days/week (10-hour shifts)
• Typical schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday

Hours:

6:00 AM - 4:00
