Production Associate

Molding Operator- A Shift:

M-Tu 7am-7pm, W-Th 7am-3pm B shift: M-Tu 7p-7a, W-Th 11p-7a Assembly Operator- 3rd shift: M-F 11pm-7am Job Description While reporting to Production Supervisor, operators will work with a small team reporting hourly to an assigned Team Leader. Performs repetitive production operations to mass- produce products. Roles and Responsibilities Operate tools or workplace machinery required for assembly and molding processes. Follow work instructions and our company documented processes. Monitor inventory of materials required to operate, report shortages and/ or defects. Inspect quality of product and report scrap findings to Team Leader/ Supervisor. Document production output and issues hourly. Ensure all operator assigned paperwork is correct. Any additional duties asked of you by your supervisor/ manager. Skills and Education Requirements Ability to read or interpret production work instructions. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
