Suite 400 Hudsonville, MI 49426 Company Proper Beverage Company Department Production Reports To Production Supervisor Supervisory Responsibilities None Job Summary As a Production Associate at our canned beverage manufacturing plant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production of our high-quality beverages. You will work collaboratively with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, 3rd shift position. The schedule is Sunday night through Thursday night from 11pm to 7:30am. Responsibilities Production Monitoring Responsible for removing finished goods from the production line and efficiently stacking them on pallets for storage or shipment. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues efficiently. Work Environment Perform duties near machinery, forklift trucks, and other ancillary production activities. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Safety and Cleanliness Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to uphold sanitation standards and prevent contamination. All other duties as assigned Experience & Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions accurately Good communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
