Job Description

Role Summary This position is a mid-level role designed to support operational functions within the organization. It involves executing daily tasks, coordinating across teams, and ensuring efficient workflow. The role requires a proactive approach and a focus on delivering quality results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in daily operational activities to meet department objectives. Coordinate communication between team members and other departments. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring deadlines are met. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations. Provide administrative support, including data entry and scheduling. Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for workflow improvements. Assist in training new team members as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred. Prior experience in an administrative or operational support role is advantageous. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask efficiently. Availability to work on-site during business hours. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Publishing Pay Range:
$100.00 - $125.00 USD Hourly This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
