Back Production Planning Specialist (Slotter)#2016221 Auburn Hills, Michigan, United StatesApply X Facebook LinkedIn Email Copy Job Description The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Production Planning Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of developing vehicle schedules (slotted orders) for an Assembly Plant (s) adhering to the production program, supplier, and plant constraints. Adjust schedules as required to sustain production. In some instances, this may require weekend assistance.

Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

Lead discussions between key stakeholders to maintain a steady flow of usable orders to extend gate line (sequenced orders)Collaborate with the assembly plant management for the development of launch curves for new features/programsMust be able to work with others and build consensus to solve complex problemsThe position requires strong interaction with key stakeholder's counterparts within SCM Production Planning, SCM Demand Planning, Plant personnel & SCM Capacity Planning to ensure the production plan balances inventory and profit opportunityEnabling successful buildouts and new model year launches by managing orders and program in line with launch curves and buildout timingCollaborating with ICT to optimize OSS and FOG to achieve business goals Location(s) 1000 Chrysler Drive, Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326,

United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:
