Responsible for coordinating and performing internal reviews, external audits, and internal audits. Support the WO Domain in the creation and implementation of best practices. Work closely with Domains to develop route maps and coach to succeed in meeting objectives including coaching plants not making timing or struggling with strategy. United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 5 years' experience in operations management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years of supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology and implementation or continuous improvement systemsAbility to work any shift and overtime as requiredAbility to travel within North America to support
