Silver Creek Manufacturing produces high-quality stampings and assemblies for the automotive, furniture, and military industries. We are
IATF16949
certified, growing, and looking for motivated individuals to join our positive team environment. Silver Creek Manufacturing is seeking a versatile individual for the production floor. This is a first shift, 4-10 hour workdays, Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities will include:
Support production by operating equipment such as spot welders, drill presses or light assembly work. Meets or exceeds standard production rates for each job. Follow production instructions and specifications to ensure quality and accuracy. Perform periodic quality checks of work produced. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Complete required paperwork for all work procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Adhere to safety protocols, guidelines and company policies. Perform all other duties or tasks assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent attendance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork, communication skills and positive attitude. This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to meet business needs.
