Job Description
Why this role matters Join our Plymouth team to keep production moving safely, efficiently, and with unwavering quality. You'll be the point person who bridges equipment performance, process control, and daily throughput. What you'll do Run and fine‑tune production equipment to hit performance targets. Continuously monitor processes and adjust parameters to maintain quality. Perform routine product inspections and quality verifications. Assist with troubleshooting and carry out minor mechanical repairs. Partner with teammates to achieve schedule adherence and output goals. Uphold safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized. Record production metrics and promptly report any variances. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus). Prior manufacturing/production experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality orientation. Ability to operate industrial machinery safely and effectively. Resourceful problem‑solver with a proactive mindset. Comfort working independently and in a team environment.
