General Labor / Production Operator Peoplelink Staffing Solutions has partnered with a well-established dairy manufacturing facility in Remus, MI to hire General Labor and Production Operators . These positions support dairy processing and packaging operations in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment.

$18.00/hour

Shifts Available:

12:00 PM - 8:00 PM 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM Production Operators assist with butter churn and box production operations. Responsibilities include supporting production equipment, staging materials, maintaining cleanliness, and helping keep product moving efficiently through the process. Key Responsibilities Assist with dairy processing and packaging equipment Stage and load boxes into production machines Monitor equipment and report issues to leads or supervisors Palletize and shrink-wrap finished products Maintain clean and organized work areas Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal Qualifications & Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally (adjust as accurate) Steel-toed boots required Must follow food safety and GMP guidelines Strong teamwork and communication skills No prior food manufacturing experience required - training provided (if applicable) Why Work with Peoplelink Staffing Solutions Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance available Direct Deposit Opportunity to work with a respected dairy manufacturer Supportive staffing team focused on safety and success Peoplelink, LLC has proudly served communities through employment for more than 33 years.
