About the Position We are hiring an experienced Marine Construction Crew Foreman to oversee daily field operations for a 2-4 person crew. This is a hands-on leadership role involving equipment operation, welding/fabrication, jobsite management, and working on/around barges and waterfront environments. You will be responsible for jobsite quality, crew productivity, safety, and communication with management.

Health insurance Paid holidays Paid time off 3% matching retirement plan Access to company trucks and equipment Year-round employment (no winter layoffs) Advancement to Site Superintendent or Operations Manager What You'll Do Operate heavy equipment: mini excavators, skid steers, loaders, push boats, cranes, barges Lead and manage a 2-4 person field crew Perform and oversee marine construction tasks including: Dock & lift installs/removals Seawall installation (steel, vinyl, boulder) Pile driving and dredging Barge-based construction and crane lifts Stage materials, tools, and equipment daily Interpret basic plans and layouts Ensure jobsite safety, organization, and efficient workflow Communicate daily with the Project Manager and Owner Train crew members in field best practices Conduct equipment walkarounds and light maintenance

What We're Looking For Required:
