Transcript Production Specialist

Digital Production Assistant We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Production Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position in a fast-paced legal support environment. The ideal candidate thrives on accuracy, multitasking, and supporting team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce transcripts in both electronic and hard copy formats (including RAW and Real Legend)
• Prepare deposition summaries
• Scan and electronically mark exhibits
• Track and coordinate court reporters
• Ensure court reporters follow established procedures and protocols
• Send Zoom links and assist in monitoring videoconferences
• Verify and submit job sheets and vendor invoices for billing
• Support court reporters by tracking transcripts and assisting with access issues (including RAW files)
• Perform additional administrative and production duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Legal experience or knowledge is preferred, but not required We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Pay rate will be determined by experience.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
