This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants consistent overtime, and is looking for a long-term career in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, a strong work history, and the ability to work either 2nd or 3rd shift. We value employees who show up every day, take pride in their work, and are looking for a stable opportunity with steady hours. Responsibilities Assist with daily shop and production operations Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility Read and use tape measures accurately to complete production tasks Operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools safely Support machine operators and production personnel as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform quality checks and follow work instructions Follow all company safety procedures and standards Qualifications Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience Ability to accurately read a tape measure Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift Desire to work 45-55 hours per week , including overtime as needed Preferred Background Stable work history with 2-3 years or more at previous employers Experience working in fabrication, machining, metal manufacturing, or industrial production environments Experience operating forklifts, cranes, or production equipment is a plus What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who wants more than just a job.
