You'll rotate where needed across cultivation and post-production, building hands-on experience while supporting a high-performance team.

Key responsibilities:

Support bucking, trimming, garden defoliation, and general cleaning as assigned Complete weekly deep cleans of flower rooms: remove debris, then sanitize thoroughly Assist post-production each Monday and help cover side tasks across departments Required skills/qualifications: Physical stamina; able to bend, lift, and stay active throughout the shift Comfortable using ladders for extended periods Strong attention to detail for cleaning/sanitizing Positive communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn cultivation basics
