What You'll Learn & Master:

Building efficiency techniques to improve workflow Interpreting blueprints and prototypes AS9100 protocols for quality and compliance Cross-training on various machines and manufacturing processes

What We're Looking For:

Manufacturing experience (2+ years preferred) Strong attention to detail—precision is key! Ability to work independently and stay focused U.S. Citizenship (required due to ITAR regulations) Good vision (20/20 with glasses or contacts is fine!) Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and operate machinery Must pass a 5-panel drug test (including marijuana) Our Commitment to
