Ringmasters Mfg . is a Heavy Industrial Manufacturing Facility Producing Steel Rolled Ring Forgings average from 20"
  • 120" in diameter located in Wayne, MI
  • Looking for dependable, productive, hardworking team members looking to invest in a career.
RINGMASTERS MFG IS A DRUG AND ALCOHOL-FREE WORKPLACE
  • Pre-employment clinical exam with alcohol and drug testing (urine/hair).
  • Candidate must test 'negative' on all drug and alcohol screens and successfully complete the clinical exam to have an opportunity to move forward.
  • Random Drug Screen Policy in effect at Ringmasters Production Utility is trained and exposed to various functions throughout the shop including, forging, saw room, heat treat, inspection and shipping.
Daily activities require following established routines using forklifts, cranes or heavy-duty manipulators. Physically demanding duties require extended length of time standing and lifting 20-40# on a regular basis. Temperature tolerance from heat to cold a must.
Requirements:
  • Heavy Manufacturing Experience (verifiable)
  • Individual must be a Responsible, motivated, productive team member
  • Strict Adherence to established ISO Quality system procedures assuring highest quality product
  • High level of computer skills
  • High School Diploma (verified)
  • Valid State Drivers License
  • Social Security Card
  • Strict Attendance Policy
  • expected to always be on time
  • 750 Work hour probationary period (per union contract)
  • Handling Equipment experience (hi lo)
  • Crane experience
  • Safety Compliance and commitment a must Shifts dependent on department needs Current hourly rate = $29.24 based on actual classification held and union contract rate Full Time
  • Union Position. Union Initiation and Monthly Dues Apply Benefits-Medical, dental, vision available when eligible with established weekly premiums Pension and 401K plan
  • Successful candidates will be required to provide documentation of their education (min requirement is HS Diploma)
  • Valid State Driver's License
