Job Description:
We are seeking an Operations Support professional to join a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment supporting daily production operations and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will work closely with operations, engineering, quality, and materials teams to help maintain production flow, support manufacturing activities, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily manufacturing and production operations across multiple operational areas Assist in maintaining production schedules and ensuring workflow remains on track Coordinate with engineering, quality, and materials teams to resolve operational issues Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives Assist with equipment research and manufacturing support projects Help ensure employee training and operational documentation remain updated Perform workplace organization and 6S activities, including follow-up on action items Provide operational support and floor coordination as needed in a manufacturing environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of manufacturing, operations, or production support experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Process improvement or continuous improvement experience is a plus Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred Aerospace, automotive, or union manufacturing experience is a plus
