Full Job Description Shift:
Starts at 2:00 pm or 4:00 PM Shift Premium for 2nd Shift. Employees are eligible for Quality/Safety/Attendance Bonus-$500 Month Position Overview Manufacturing Team Members will safely control various machines and equipment involved in production. Manufacturing Team Members will be responsible for fabricating large pieces of glass to be used in Commercial and Residential Buildings. Employees must be able to adapt and follow GM+C 4 non-negotiable's: 1. Attendance 2. Safety 3. Having a good Attitude 4. Liking where you work

Responsibilities:
Operates production machinery in accordance with specifications. Ensure that work is being performed in a manner to produce quality products, according to GMC quality requirements and specifications Produces the required quality and quantity of parts within specifications and tolerances Measures finished product with measuring tape. Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area. Adhere to GMC Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) i.e. Steel toe boots. Safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, as required.
Qualifications:
High school degree or GED/Equivalent Demonstrates understanding of how to use and read a measuring tape, basic mathematic skills required. Must be able to read, understand, and speak English. Willing to work 10-12/hr. shifts Mon-Fri with occasional weekends if customer demands require us. Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment with urgency. Exhibits a proven record of dependability, punctuality, and good attitude Manufacturing /production experience preferred but not required. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical. GMC follows the federal law in regards to Marijuana when drug screens are performed. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift to 80 pounds at a time and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping. Prolonged periods of working on feet. Works near moving mechanical parts and is exposed to heat, wet and loud noise. Excellent hand-eye coordination.
