Production Support Job Summary:
We are looking for a Load Builder to work for one of the largest heat-treating companies in North America. This company is looking for someone who is a team player, dependable, reliable, hard-working, and has a great attendance record with solid references. Production Support Responsibilities:
Follows written procedures on shop traveler and/or customer paperwork Prepares work for processing, loads and unloads bins, fixtures, baskets, etc. Brings any unusual problem or irregularity to the attention of supervisor Practices and promotes safety and good housekeeping Performs other tasks as assigned or dictated by position Uses a hoist to lift and move bins as needed Responsible for the care and treatment of our customers' inventory and as such, will perform duties in a safe and responsible manner to prevent customer loss or damage
Production Support Qualifications:
Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination Ability to frequently bend, lift, twist, stand, and significant use of hands Able and willing to work in two types of environments: Hot and temperature-controlled Willing to cross-train and grow into the furnace operator role Team player and someone who can communicate well Must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time in an industrial environment Ability to bend, pull, stoop, and reach to perform functions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs May be exposed to heat, fumes, noise, and humidity, etc. Must have the cognitive and mental capacity to perform essential job functions Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc. Must have the ability to report for work on time Ability to follow directions Ability to understand, follow rules and procedures, and accept constructive criticism Apply Now!
