Entry level Production worker with pay up to $22/hour in Anoka, MN. Responsibilities All shifts are available 1st , 2nd , 3rd and Weekends. Smooth out rough edges and polish metal using a hand grinder. Cross train in basic fabrication, including cutting metal to length, brake pressing, spot welding, buffing, and racking for paint. Assist in other departments including assembly, packaging, and paint as needed. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude gained through previous work experience, school, or hobbies. Experience with sheet metal and grinding. Proficient in measurement skills and basic math using a tape measure. Experience working with hand and power tools, welding, fabrication, and sheet metal. Additional Skills & Qualifications At least 6 months of manufacturing experience. Proficiency in reading a tape measure. Experience with hand and power tools. Shop classes such as welding, automotive, woodworking, and machine/tool are advantageous.
