Maintain focus on precision, consistency, and meeting quality standards. Record completed work accurately and stay organized. Rotate between tasks and collaborate with teammates. Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines in a well-structured environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Some experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production is helpful but not required. Ability to read and follow written instructions. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and pride in quality work. Comfortable working on-site full time and standing for extended periods.
