Job Description
Job Overview Manufacturing and Installation Team Member, who will specialize in the manufacturing and placement of granite headstones. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a skilled craftsmanship environment, where your mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills directly contribute to meaningful memorials. You will work in a safety-conscious setting, collaborating with team members to produce high-quality stone products and ensure precise installation at various sites. Your energy, attention to detail, and dedication will help us deliver respectful, durable monuments that honor loved ones. Duties Operate machinery such as overhead hoists, forklifts and other equipment safely to handle materials and assist in manufacturing processes Use hand tools, power tools for fabrication, shaping, and finishing granite headstones Handle materials efficiently within the fabrication area, maintaining organization and safety standards Support installation teams by preparing sites, lifting heavy stones with proper equipment, and ensuring precise placement according to specifications Conduct routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal operation during production and installation tasks Follow safety protocols diligently while working with materials, equipment, and manufacturing processes Requirements Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate overhead hoists and equipment confidently Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and material handling devices Ability to interpret technical drawings or specifications for accurate assembly and installation Strong physical stamina to lift heavy stones safely and stand for extended periods during manufacturing or installation tasks Valid driver's license and ability to pass and obtain a Health Card Certification for driving company vehicles.
