Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Kitting Specialist to support our welding department. In this role, you'll play a critical part in keeping production running smoothly by ensuring welders have everything they need—organized, accurate, and ready to go. 4-Day Work Week (Mon-Thurs, 6:00am-4:00pm) Weekly Pay Attendance Bonus Program Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, HSA, 401k w/ Match Paid Time Off + Holidays Temperature-Controlled Shop Uniforms Provided Profit-sharing Bonus Responsibilities Review job orders and work instructions to identify required materials Gather, verify, and assemble parts and hardware into complete kits for welding Inspect components to ensure they meet quality standards Label and organize kits for efficient use on the production floor Maintain accurate inventory and report shortages or discrepancies Perform basic quality checks and documentation Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work independently and stay on task Basic understanding of inventory or material handling Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or diagrams Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) is a plus Physical Requirements and Work Environment Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
