Twin City Staffing is seeking a stamping press setup operator to join a shop in the Brooklyn Center, MN area!   • 4:30 PM | Monday
  • Thursday Weekend Shift:
    6:00 AM
  • 6:30 PM | Friday
Sunday Shift Differentials:
$3.00/hr. for weekends Benefits of the stamping press setup operator: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 60 days 401(k) retirement plan and profit-sharing Climate-controlled shop | AC and Heat Tuition assistance and paid time off | PTO Internal promotion opportunities Weekly pay Duties of the stamping press setup operator: Set up and operate presses for forming and bending Execute setups for special shapes using blueprints Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and height gauges Maneuver materials with fork trucks or pallet jacks Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and defects Perform daily safety checks and document production Conduct minor machine maintenance and filter replacement Train staff on proper procedures and techniques Requirements of the stamping press setup operator: High school diploma or equivalent Experience using precision measuring tools Knowledge of production processes and quality control Proficiency in basic shop math Strong manual dexterity and coordination Ability to stand for the full shift Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Steel-toed boots and safety glasses Pass a background check and 4-panel drug screen
