Position overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate for manufacturing and production roles with full-time schedules. Responsibilities Operate and monitor industrial machinery to ensure production runs smoothly and meets quality standards. Perform routine maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting to keep machines in working condition. Load raw materials into machines and ensure proper alignment and configuration based on production specifications. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company and safety standards. Accurately document production output, machine settings, and any issues encountered during the shift.
