Cutting / Lamination Operators

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Job description: We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team in Cutting and Lamination operations. These roles involve operating specialized machinery, maintaining production accuracy, and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to consistent attendance and performance.

Current Schedule:

Wednesday-Friday + every other Saturday 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00

PM Upcoming Change:

Transitioning to Sunday-Tuesday + every other Saturday (Every Qtr the shift switches)

Note:

Schedule may rotate between these shift structures based on production needs Duties Operate Zünd cutting machines to cut materials according to production specifications Monitor machine performance and ensure accuracy of cuts Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments as needed Maintain production efficiency and quality standards Operate lamination machines using various laminates and substrates Ensure proper alignment, adhesion, and finish of materials Accurately track and record production data and material usage Maintain equipment and report any operational issues Lift materials up to 50 lbs regularly (team lifts when required) Remain on feet for extended periods during 12-hour shifts Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Qualifications Previous machine operation experience preferred (cutting or lamination a plus) Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to accurately track production and material usage If you are dependable, motivated, and looking for a long-term opportunity in a growing manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply today.
