Manufacturing Associate I Chanhassen, MN Job Details Full-time $26.00 - $28.34 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Profit sharing Paid holidays Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Safe work practices Sawing Computer operation Machine operation Computer literacy Palletization Assembly Task prioritization Staff training Cleaning Computer skills Manufacturing Entry level Full Job Description Assemble kits and other parts per instructions Build pallets using hand and power tools Build pallets according to size and type of order (rails, bases, kits) Utilize technology for processing jobs and communication Clocking, Inventory, Job Completion Safely operate machinery in work cell when needed Saw, mill, visual warning line machine Safely operate hand and power tools to assemble parts Clean or wipe down parts prior to packaging Assist in training employees in the work center with current knowledge base Follow all safety protocol including use of PPE (gloves, safety glasses, steel-toed boots) Mandatory overtime when business conditions require it Adherence to the attendance policy All other duties as required This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Familiar with hand tools and power tools Basic computer skills Organizational and prioritization skills Strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy objects (75-100+ lbs.) and perform various physical tasks such as bending, stooping, sitting, walking, twisting, and standing regularly. Must have good dexterity to operate hand tools and must also have normal vision with or without corrective lenses. Comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to various conditions, including loud noise and hot temperatures..

Reliability:

Can make the daily commute to Chanhassen, MN and maintain good attendance.

Pre-employment Requirements:
