Production Associate

Production Technician Day Shift Opportunity | Offers Benefits | Room for Growth Job Description The Production Technician ensures that incoming materials, finished products, and packaging consistently meet defined quality, customer, and regulatory requirements in a fast‑growing manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Conduct detailed inspections and evaluations of incoming components and materials to verify alignment with established standards, specifications, and SOPs. Ensure that final products and packaging meet predetermined quality benchmarks and customer requirements. Follow all operational protocols, procedural guidelines, and testing frameworks when performing inspections and quality checks. Perform visual inspections and quality checks on materials and products to identify defects, nonconformances, or deviations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred, but not required. Must be proficient with technology and can work in a fast-paced environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chaska, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
