AM Mon-Thur Pay:
$18/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking workers for entry-level production positions near Willmar.
Positions include:
Bulk packing, Coating, Loading, Baggers, and Sanitation members. Acquire knowledge of the fundamental functions and operations of all packaging equipment. Collect all necessary tools to ensure preparedness for your shift. Utilize the various machinery relevant to your specific department. Ensure high product quality and promptly report any concerns to supervisors. Engage in communication with operators during shift changes to remain informed about the current status of the production process. Adhere to the daily sanitation schedule.
Requirements:
Must be able to frequently lift 30lbs. Must be able to bend/twist. Be able to operate at waist-level. Strong communication skills. Positive attitude. English, Spanish speaking, or bilingual.
