Job Title:
General Production Worker Job Description The role involves performing basic assembly of parts, pulling parts off of a conveyor belt, cleaning products, and operating various machines. Additionally, candidates will assist in setting up machines on the conveyor belt and applying lubricant as needed. Tasks also include assisting in the paint area with racking, moving materials, and parts, and preparing, organizing, and staging for shipping. Responsibilities Perform basic assembly of parts. Pull parts off of a conveyor belt. Clean products. Operate different machines. Set up machines on the conveyor belt. Add lubricant as needed. Assist in the paint area with racking. Move materials and parts where needed. Prepare, organize, and stage for shipping. Essential Skills 3+ months of production/manufacturing experience. Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16th. Additional Skills & Qualifications Machine operation experience. Mechanical assembly/machine building experience. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
