This Temp-To-Hire position plays a critical role in supporting press operations by ensuring materials are supplied efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and helping keep production running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a team player who communicates well and works effectively in a collaborative environment. Duties Feed materials into printing press equipment according to production requirements. Monitor material levels and ensure presses remain supplied throughout the shift. Assist press operators with setup, changeovers, and production support tasks. Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines. Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals. Requirements Previous manufacturing, printing, production, or machine operation experience preferred. Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials as needed. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
