As a General Production Worker, you'll help build high‑quality pre‑hung doors using modern machinery, hand tools, and power tools. If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a team that supports each other, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that's expanding fast. 🔨 What You'll Do You'll be an essential part of the production process by: Operating stitching machines and casing machines safely and efficiently Using nail guns, staplers, and hand tools to assemble jambs and casings Pulling molding orders and staging materials for the production line Operating a forklift to move stock and load finished pallets (Training provided if you're not certified yet) This role offers variety, steady workflow, and the satisfaction of building a finished product every day. 🧰 What You Bring Experience in production, assembly, construction, or general labor Ability to operate machines, forklifts, and packaging equipment Comfort using hand tools and power tools Ability to read a tape measure accurately down to 1/32" 💪 Additional Requirements Ability to stand for the full shift Ability to lift and move doors weighing 50-75 lbs Reliable attendance and the ability to read production tickets and safety instructions A positive attitude and a strong team mindset 🌟 Why You'll Love Working Here This is a new, rapidly growing company that values its people and invests in their success.
