Our products are designed to help keep dogs Known and Safely Home while serving the needs of animals that bring unconditional love and joy to their families. At dogIDs, we take pride in providing exceptional customer service and a personal touch that sets us apart in a fast-moving e-commerce world. Role Description We are seeking a Production Specialist for a full-time, on-site position at our Elk River, MN location. The Production Specialist will be responsible for handling daily production tasks, which include planning, managing production workflows, ensuring quality control, and maintaining efficiency during the manufacturing process. Additional tasks may involve shipping, coordinating with other functions, and ensuring all operations align with company standards. Qualifications Skills in Production Planning and Production Management to effectively coordinate workflows and manage production schedules. Passion for dogs and other animals is a must. Finds joy in creating with production hand tools, laser engravers, sewing machines, riveters, etc. Strong attention to detail and expertise in Quality Control to ensure consistent and high-standard products. Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments efficiently. Experience in training and mentoring colleagues to enhance team performance and ensure consistency in operations. Technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Prior experience in production or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
