00 per hour Full-Time | Manufacturing | Immediate Openings Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to support the manufacturing of custom packaging products. This role includes machine operation, assembly, and general production duties in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate production equipment such as die cutters, saws, laminators, and box-making machines Assemble products by hand and ensure quality standards are met Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production instructions Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues to supervisors Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize materials Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training available) Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse tasks as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Experience with woodworking or similar environments is a plus Forklift experience preferred or willingness to be trained Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, ERP systems) Ability to read measurements and perform basic math Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Work Environment Indoor warehouse/manufacturing setting Standing and walking for up to 8 hours per shift Temperature varies due to dock doors Labor Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
