In this role, you will be an essential contributor to the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility, supporting processes and ensuring the smooth flow of production. The ideal candidate will possess factory experience, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with warehouse operations. This position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a dynamic environment committed to quality and safety. Duties Assist with assembly line tasks. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Load, unload, and transport materials and finished goods efficiently within the facility. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow processes. Sorting, processing, and production support. Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred. Knowledge of mechanical systems, assembly techniques, and use of hand tools. Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory handling. Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently and work effectively in a team environment. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly line operations. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills.
