WORK WEEK

Monday - Thursday 6:00AM to 4:30PM Pay rate: $19/

Hour Your Skills & Experience:

Have experience in manufacturing in production or a willingness to learn Are a resourceful self-starter who works well under minimal supervision Are a team player with strong communication skills Are results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility to meet team and individual goals and objectives

What You'll Do:

Learn to perform multiple functions within each machine center throughout the wood plant Manufacture wooden components using a variety of equipment Perform visual inspections to ensure high quality product Effectively communicate with supervisors to ensure any safety, quality, delivery or cost issues are handled quickly and efficiently Consistently maintain a clean work environment and strictly adhere to all safety protocols Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment with both team members and internal customers
