What You'll Do Inspect incoming pallets for damage and determine repair needs Repair pallets by replacing broken boards and reinforcing structures Use nail guns, band saws, and other tools to complete repairs efficiently Ensure all pallets meet quality and safety standards Hit daily production targets and take pride in your output Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Complete daily production tracking and paperwork Skills and experience What We're Looking For Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor role Background in construction, carpentry, or working with tools is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong work ethic and reliability—you show up ready to get it done Physical Requirements Lift 50-75 lbs regularly throughout your shift Stand, move, and stay active for the entire workday Comfortable working with power tools and hand tools Able to work in both indoor and outdoor warehouse conditions Why Join Us? Skills and experience needed for the Hugo Pallet Repair Technician role: Warehouse, manufacturing, general labor, or production experience Construction, carpentry, or tool-based experience preferred Comfortable using nail guns, band saws, hand tools, and power tools Ability to inspect, repair, and reinforce pallets Able to lift 50-75 lbs regularly Able to stand, move, and stay active all shift Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to meet production goals Comfortable working in fast-paced indoor/outdoor warehouse conditions Able to follow safety procedures and complete basic production paperwork A strong candidate would be someone hands-on, dependable, physically capable, and comfortable using tools in a fast-paced production environment.
