General Production Worker

General Production Worker Join a dynamic and fast-paced team environment dedicated to the general production and assembly of products. This role involves using small hand tools and light power tools to create sub-assemblies, assemblies, and finished products. Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly are essential in this high-pressure setting. Essential Skills Ability to learn and work at a fast pace. Experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred. Capability to work long hours on feet. Additional Skills & Qualifications At least one year of recent experience in a fast-paced environment (within the last 18 months). Minimum of one year experience using hand or power tools. Work Environment This role is based in an industrial manufacturing facility with a strong focus on safety and quality. Steel-toe footwear is required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake City, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.50/hr.
