Production Helper

Job Title:

Production Helper Job Description Join our team as a Production Helper where you will gain valuable skills in machine operation, packaging, and powder coating while working in a collaborative environment. Your role will adapt to meet daily production needs, ensuring variety in your responsibilities and the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of the manufacturing process. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment, including turret and bending machines. Monitor output and adjust machine settings to maintain quality. Visually inspect parts or use measuring tools for quality assurance. Wrap, box, crate, and palletize products for shipment. Stretch wrap and prepare items for shipment using power and hand tools. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Prep and paint parts using powder coating equipment. Wash and degrease parts using pressure sprayers. Load/unload parts and follow spray patterns, maintaining finish quality. Read production paperwork, diagrams, and specifications. Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Support teammates and float between departments as needed. Other duties as assigned. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake City, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $22.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
