Production Operator

Position Summary:

The Production Operator is responsible for safely operating equipment and performing tasks that support the production of high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures that production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with company procedures Follow all safety policies and report any hazards or incidents immediately Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Accurately complete production and quality documentation Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting as needed Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Basic mechanical aptitude preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (including exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures)

Manufacturing/production facility setting Schedule may vary depending on shift needs (including overtime and weekends as required)
