Job Description

Job Title:
General Production Worker - foam molding and painting Job Description This role focuses on operating and supporting foam molding presses to produce high-quality structural foam and plastic components. The facility has a distinct smell of rubber and spray paint due to the materials and processes used. The schedule runs from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. $20 Responsibilities Will be on your feet all shift in the paint/molding building Metal parts will go around on a carousel and you are using a spray paint can to coat them as they come around Work as part of a four-person production line, including spraying the molding machine, placing liquid into molds, and removing finished parts. Inspect parts during and after production to verify they meet quality standards and customer requirements. Masks are available to wear if desired Support general production and assembly tasks as needed to meet daily output and quality goals. Essential Skills At least 6 months of manufacturing experience. Ability to follow written and visual instructions, with 1 year of experience doing so preferred. General production and general labor experience. Reliability and punctuality to support consistent production schedules. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in production or assembly environments involving plastics, foam, or molding processes is a plus. Comfort working with machinery and learning new equipment and processes. Willingness to receive training and feedback to continuously improve performance. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced production environment with changing priorities. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
