• . This role focuses on operating molding presses, following instructions, and supporting quality production in a team‑based environment.
• What You'll Do
• + Set up and operate molding presses + Follow written and visual work instructions + Perform general production and assembly tasks + Maintain quality standards and attention to detail
• What We're Looking For
• + General production or machine operation experience + Ability to follow instructions accurately + Good hand dexterity for assembly work

• Preferred:

• + 6+ months of manufacturing experience
• Work Environment
• + Open warehouse, team‑oriented production line (4‑person lines) + Distinct odor similar to burning rubber + Casual dress code: t‑shirts, long pants, closed‑toe shoes
• Schedule
• + •Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM•Job Type & Location•This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
