Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in preserving and digitizing valuable photographic assets, contributing to our mission of supporting brand storytelling and enterprise-wide initiatives. Responsibilities Execute high-volume digitization of photographic materials, including slides and prints, using specialized scanning equipment. Produce consistent, high-quality digital images while adhering to internal standards and guidelines. Perform basic image processing tasks such as cropping, rotation, and color correction. Maintain organized file naming conventions and apply metadata to enhance asset discoverability. Track materials throughout the digitization workflow and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy. Support operational workflows and identify opportunities for workflow improvements. Skills Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on experience. Experience with digital imaging equipment or similar production tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks effectively. Basic proficiency with MacOS, spreadsheets, and file management systems. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Preferred Skills Experience with digitizing photographic materials, particularly slides. Familiarity with archival or collection-based workflows. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar image editing tools. Experience in high-volume production environments and troubleshooting image quality issues.
