Job Description
Role Overview We're hiring Press Operators to run molding machines in our Molding Department. This is a hands-on production role focused on operating cure presses safely and efficiently, verifying part quality, and supporting consistent manufacturing throughput. Hot and Loud but flexible environment! Good Pay! Responsibilities Operate cure presses and other molding machines per work instructions Verify press parameters are within tolerance and confirm correct materials are used and identified Inspect parts for non-conformities such as no fill, cracks, or foreign material Achieve daily production rates and maintain efficient throughput Tag completed parts, deliver them to the finishing area at end of shift, and clean/prepare the work area for the next shift Requirements Able to follow written and verbal work instructions Basic math and general computer skills Able to lift 20-30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Reliable and punctual — ready at shift start and prompt back from breaks Safety-conscious; prior manufacturing or molding experience preferred
