• CNC Metal Fabrication As a CNC Operator / Metal Fabricator, your primary responsibility will be the precision machining and fabrication of aluminum components using CNC equipment and automated systems.

Key responsibilities include:

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to cut, drill, notch, and machine aluminum extrusions to specification Interpret shop drawings, cut sheets, and digital programs to ensure accurate production Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards Perform routine machine checks, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure optimal machine performance Use automated saws, drills, and CNC equipment to produce consistent, repeatable parts for commercial glazing installation Inspect machined components for accuracy, finish quality, and conformance to specifications Maintain production flow to meet daily and weekly production targets This role is primarily focused on CNC machining and metal fabrication processes rather than assembly work . Qualifications for the

CNC Metal Fabricator:

High School diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience in CNC machining, metal fabrication, or manufacturing Experience operating CNC machinery for aluminum fabrication preferred CNC programming experience required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and schematics Experience using precision measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.) Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted and stand for extended periods Why This
