In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating daily operations, ensuring production goals are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support daily production activities to ensure workflow efficiency Communicate work instructions clearly to team members and assist in task execution Monitor production output and inventory levels to meet operational targets Audit processes and equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance Assist with training and retraining of operators to maintain quality standards Identify and help resolve production issues in a timely manner Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization Assist with inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards Track and support preventive maintenance activities Provide day-to-day support to team members on the production floor Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and company policies Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment, preferably medical or regulated industry Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance Familiarity with FDA/QMS regulations is a plus Benefits Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines.
