North Branch Production Associate - 2nd shift

Join our Growing North Branch Team! We are hiring Production Associates! You will begin your Andersen career as an Extrusion Associate, learning the basics of Fibrex Extrusion. As an associate, you'll assist the Operator with daily tasks while continuing your learning and training to become an Operator yourself. Once an Extruder Operator, you can further your skills to become a Senior Extruder Operator. We also have positions in Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Leadership.

Primary Responsibilities:

Adhere to all safety rules and policies. Visually inspect lineals for conformity to specifications. Interpret smart scope, Promex, and bow machine results for dimensional conformity. Use all Quality appearance station forms and gauges to adhere to Quality Standards. Follow daily standard work. Stack profiles according to standard work. Properly wrap loads. Order raw materials. Adhere to line schedule. Complete production paperwork. Support respectful workplace. Secondary Responsibilities Participate in appropriate training and development programs
