General Production Worker

What You'll Do As a General Production Worker, you'll play an important role in creating high‑quality wood products and cabinetry.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Assisting in cabinet assembly Loading and unloading materials and parts into machinery Hand sanding wood products Supporting paint sprayers in the finishing booth Performing general assembly tasks Maintaining a clean and organized work area Operating and tending automatic spray lines Collaborating with a team in a fast‑paced environment Standing for extended periods throughout the shift

What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience:

General labor experience Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Work history in production, construction, or manufacturing Ability to accurately measure using a tape measure Minimum 6 months of manufacturing or related experience Assembly and basic carpentry skills

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
